Develop formulations to meet the requirements of New ideas, within the scope of product claims and consumer preference, in compliance with regulatory requirements and at agreed product cost.
Support the technical development of products from prototype to commercial scale manufacture in a cross functional team.
Plan and execute experimental designs to optimize the nutrient, microbiological, organoleptic and physical quality of new and/or improved products while adhering to relevant internal and external constraints. Share and consider follow up to observations.
Interact regularly with cross-functional business teams including Marketing, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Regulatory and Legal. May lead or support project Technical Team meetings.
