Role: Technical Support Executive(International Voice Process) Please find Skill Requirement for this position:- LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO CAN JOIN US IMMEDIATELY(0-10 days). Experienced: 1-3 Years of relevant experience in Technical Voice process. Should be willing to work in complete night shifts(US timings). Area of Work: Technical Support(Windows, Network, Applications, Storage and Backup) Specific Knowledge: Should have excellent communication. Raid technologies & hard disk partitions in Depth Basic Networking (Protocols/OSI Layers/IP address) Operating systems knowledge (Windows 2000/XP/Vista/windows 7) Brief information about MBR IP Address Disk management in depth What is error message File management ,Failure in disk Classes of IP address Booting process Different Fire wall and Anti-virus Should be result oriented, with a professional work attitude, and possess good communication skills (Verbal and Written) Knowledge about Linux will be an added advantage as well Certifications like MCSE/MCP/A++(Computer) will be an added advantage.
