Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails etc.
Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
French, Spanish, German language speaking candidates will be preferred
• Must have dialed in International Outbound or Inbound Tech process (6 months- 1 year)
• Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers and laptops router printers and close calls and take payments from the customers.
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
