1.Excellent communication skills, 1-3 Years experience in Technical Support
2.Excellent Communication Skills with a combination of English/Hindi OR English/Bengali
3.Strong in depth knowledge of desktops and well familiar with troubleshooting issues with Desktops with main focus on Processors and Motherboards.
4.Hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting of different versions of windows desktop operating systems and Linux OS
5.Hands on experience in FRU( Field replaceable unit) level trouble shooting on desktops
