Job Description

- Responsible for all pre sales, Post Sales, Training and Competency development for Customers and Sales team in the branch
- Provide technical information to customers who walk-in to the branch, understand their requirements and help in product selection
- Provide pre sales support to branch sales person as necessary and help in BoQ creation - Ensure technical issues with products are resolved
- Provide Post Sales Technical Support, handle product returns and warranty claims etc.
- Manage branch demo displays - Ensure that the branch displays on products & solutions are kept in proper working condition.
- Responsible for demonstrations of solutions to customers Live product demo in branches/customer location
- Technical Competency development for branch/regional sales teams by effective coaching and training
- Responsible for technical competency development of customers - Identification of training needs of customers, creation of a training calendar and training delivery
- Working closely with the regional technical manager and product category specialists to ensure proper flow of technical information, response to customers and resolution of technical issues
- Create a Positive Customer Experience for all internal and external customers
