Job Description

Job Summary:
Handling Customers with their computer issues which are related to Pop
Up Calls, Error messages on the screen, fixing issues of printers and
routers, Fixing issues of laptops and Desktops. iPhone Issues like
Activation lock, Itunes, iPhone disable etc.

NOTE:
No VACANCY for FRESHERS
FRESHERS in international bpo.
FRESHERS in Tech support.

Candidate Profile:
English is must
Computer basic must.
Experience in Tech support inbound or outbound must.
Candidates must know how to take remote access or
Candidates who can close calls.
Candidates should know how to handle inbound calls.

Qualification:
Undergraduate/Graduate
