Job Description

We urgently require Experienced Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift.

Position: Senior Tech Support Associate

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidates Profile: Must Have Experience in Tech Support for more than 3 months to 3 years Must know how to close their own calls. Must have good convincing skills.Must have Experienced in handling calls of printers, routers and anti-viruses Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, iPad
Salary: Rs.12,000- 25,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives

Shift timing – 10.30 am to 8.30 pm, 10.00 pm to 8.00 am , 8.30 pm to 6.30 am
