Job Summary : Require a qualified personnel at customer front

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Able to complete the work within TAT

- Should be flexible to do work.

- Ability to understand customer queries.

- Should be polite while talking to customers

- Timely response to customer

- Should be able to work on field as well.

- Able to handle Vendors in terms of technical part.

- Handling Team, supporting customer care for closing ticket online.

- Technical Support to customer on calls and emails.

- Maintaining reports, and need to follow escalation.

- Technical background person

- Technical knowledge on electronics security system and basic knowledge on electrical

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Good communication

- Good listening capability

- Able to communicate on emails.
