Technical Support Engineer - 1Position (US Shift)
- Responsible for the product demonstration, implementation, testing and troubleshooting products
- Excellent knowledge in Citirx, Virtualization technologies and platforms including VMware ESX/vSphere/vCentre.
- Good knowledge in Storage (EMC, NetApp, Dell, IBM, HP, Cisco technologies), Databases and web servers.
- Good experience in conducting sales and training seminars to partner sales and technical staff.
- Good experience with TCP/IP based networks and a fundamental understanding of Network and Storage Management protocols including SMIS, SNMP, SNMP Traps, Syslog, ICMP, WMI.
- Develop and present sales demonstrations on products to prospective partners.
- Maintain good relationships with customers which helped Product and development managers to test the new functionalities in real time environments before including them in final release of product.
