* Provide remote solutions to problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
* Should have knowledge Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone.
* Must be working on Product/Application/Server support.
* Should have good knowledge on networking, trouble shooting.
* Should give voice and e-mail support to US & UK clients.
* Should be technically very good. Willing to work in US shift.
