Technical Support Associate / Sr. Technical Support Associate
Interface with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like internet, printers, routers etc
Roles & Responsibilities:

Basic Eligibility Criteria: -
1) The candidate should be a Graduate in any field from a recognized institution/university or undergraduate with 1 year of experience in international Tech Support call center.
2) Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.
3) Night shift
