This position would be mainly responsible to manage the Technical support of COMPANY product lines and handle the field service of CVG (Cardiac and Vascular Group) products of the assigned region.
Technical Services Support COMPANY Products
To give Field Service Support for CVG Group Products. Break Down & Preventive Maintenance and Installation. This person will also give Field Service Support for Other RTG (Restorative Therapies Group) & MITG (Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) Group BU Products as Required.
Responsible for completion of any FCA and quality guidelines from BU
Generation of revenue from service agreements and paid services
Regularly visit existing customers and maintain network for post sales service etc. to reinforce the relationship and understand service gaps.
Work with the Channel partners team to ensure customers and prospective customers are technically competent through training, support and field service.
To Train and support the Technicians, Distributors team for all support & technical issues.
To give demo at customer site for newly launched and Installed products.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of Preventive Maintenance done by Channel members on regular basis
Plan for Standby and spares inventory to cater to the services of COMPANY product range for that particular region
Maintaining the dashboard of service activities
BE / B.tech in Biomedical or Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering
2 to 3 years experience
Sound Technical knowledge in general
Sound knowledge in Electrical & Electronics components & circuits
