Should have minimum 1 - 5 years of experience into US Staffing with End to End Recruitment such as sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation;
Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications; Develop, Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met
Conduct 1st round of interview to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change
Research on new technologies and terminologies
Usage of portals like - Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder; Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.
Expert level experience in recruiting citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp).
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
