Job Description

The selected candidate will own the business operations, be in charge of QA and component sourcing and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for all logistics and manufacturing processes.

The candidate will be doing forecasting, demand estimation, supply continuity and planning required to meet timely and cost optimized end product deliveries to our distributors and clients.

The selected candidate will undergo stints in multiple business roles.

The selected candidate will undergo 2-week training stint in Norway.

The candidate will be leading QA, components sourcing and overall logistics for manufacturing in India.

Candidate will continuously strive for optimizing operations to ensure minimum capital binding and bringing in cost efficiencies.

In charge for EMS selection, management and coordination.

Ensure highest quality of product from component vendors and EMS

(Electronic Manufacturing Services).

The candidate will be negotiating with component vendors and manufacturers for BOM cost optimization. Also, Candidate will continuously be scouting for better vendors.

Remove all potential barriers to streamline operations. Closely work with distributors for existing stocks validation and demand estimation.

Develop deep vendor relationships and drive exemplary customer satisfaction.

Closely work with top management and regional sales team for streamlining operations to business pipeline.

The candidate must be individual contributor and self driven and must operate with a sense of urgency.

The ability to intelligently use resources at hand (at the customer and internally) to gain commitments quickly is a must. , Bachelors/Masters degree in Mechanical/ EE/Comp/ ECE Engineering or related

The ideal candidate must have experience working with manufacturing vendors and EMS.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Exposure to embedded systems and/or RF is a strong plus.
