Job Description

To Lead a Team of 15-20 FTE supporting Cisco IP Telephony call clusters, Sonus Session Border Controller's and Avaya/Nortel TDM/PBX systems as well as associated peripherals,
Experience in Handling Contact Centre ,Complex issues in DNS,DHCP and IPAM issues
Experience in Managing a team of 15+ FTE.Basically Handling the Contact Centre ,Telephony Support, Provide technical guidance to the team on Network Infrastructure issues.
Expertise in Telephony Products like Cisco,Avaya
