Assist and evaluate Human Capital Management (“HCM”) configuration design and development. Work on strategic enterprise roadmap projects.
Define business process design spanning SAP HCM and legacy systems. Execute projects associated with the IT strategic project roadmap.
Responsible for SAP configuration to meet design criteria for strategic projects.
Lead teams comprising of business professionals and others in subject area.
Assist and evaluate business requirements to hypothesize SAP centric business solutions.
Must possess experience in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, SAP Time Management, SAP Travel Management, GL (General Ledger) postings of Payroll results and integration with SAP FI module, and experience with full project lifecycle implementation of SAP ERP systems. Must have at least 5 years of experience with SAP ERP systems.
