Responsible for STCs Campaign Management Systems Operations and Administration.
Maintaining and ensuring System and Servers Health.
Optimizing and Automating manual operational activities including daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Ensuring Space/Utilization of Servers, Databases/Schemas under CMS Domain.
Responsible for proper execution of Campaigns, ETLs and Reports designed and deployed on SAS CMS. In case of failure execution of Adhoc ETLs, and Campaigns.
Supporting Business Teams for utilizing CMS for Campaign Design, Execution and Scheduling and ensuring from end STC systems that all processes for Campaign Life Cycle are successfully executed. And supporting for campaigns related issues.
Coordinating with teams within CMS domain, including Design and Testing for Handover of new developments. Ensuring proper and Handover and Documentation.
Coordination with SAS Global Support, raising Tracks for any CMS System issues and resolution.
Coordination with Teradata, Oracle, IN and other STC System Teams to ensure the integration is intact and working properly. In case of issue immediately escalating the issues to concerned teams and working on resolution.
Providing visibility of CMS Overall Performance to higher management, including numbers campaign executed, Targeting Customers etc.
2-4 years experience of handling operations preferably in telecom environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. Efficient in handling pressure situations.
Exposure to SAS Platform (9.3 or 9.4), ideally Marketing Automation versions (5.41 or 6.4).
Good Expertise with SQL, Teradata and Oracle.
Would be a plus having Good BI and DWH concepts, BTL Campaigns/Communication Concepts, Target/Control etc.
