Job Description

Compiles and reports departmental metrics and dashboards. Presents metrics to Management.
Collaborates with legal, PMG and product teams to ensure all agreement terms are fully understood and obligations are documented.
Develops and implements organization processes for managing and tracking embedded third party components in JDA Products.
Manages and reports on third party licenses utilized by the R&D group. Reviews purchasing forecast report and following up with vendors for quotes on renewals.
Works with development teams to manage and optimize usage of resources.
Collaborates with vendors, legal, PMG, and internal teams on the renewal of product licenses and agreements. Negotiates with vendors to obtain best prices in support of fiscal goals and objectives. Tracks all agreements through completion to ensure they are processed and executed on time and within guidelines.
Stakeholder alignment, Commit Availability, Set-up and maintenance of all S&OP parameters, tools, templates, processes for Pan India operations Adherence to timelines for S&OP meetings Conduct National Consensus meetings, Drive Fact based decisions Lead SCM Organization in the region from front Collaborate and work with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Production and SCM team Look at opportunities to drive productivity and balance demand - Supply Drive the SCM KPIs in the region Gain insights into business /sales and look for opportunities to drive sales by right availability at optimized cost Drive consensus through alignment & communicate region's signed off number Manage and Contain Escalations
