A Subject Matter Expert has the key role of granting the success of CAST services and solutions delivery through the ability to support the roll-out and understand complex functional, technical and architectural issues and has the ability to understand the implications associated with the chosen technical strategy well aligned with the business context. Main mission of SME is to drive architecture design in project and give insights to internal teams or customer teams on how to proceed next steps with most efficient manner to secure project milestones, to ensure first time right and to enrich project deliverables with specific expert insights

Actively drive and manage the measurement solutions and services for all complex engagement, be responsible to start right
Actively engage in deep dive and solve problems when roadblocks encountered
Responsible for good technical communication with Internal and external stakeholders, go to person for technologies related queries
Provide appropriate feedback to the R&D for product improvement
Expected to interact with all levels of the business & technical community
Engage with customers to demonstrate value of solution provided in project execution
Design and apply the overall plan for project setup and managed services according to customer objectives
The candidate to be totally hands-on defining Logical, Technical & Physical views of the Architecture and outline the same using standard models/ notations and best practices.
Implement the platform configuration, customization and integration as designed
Make quality and productivity result analysis, then propose recommendations and improvement plan
Develop specific utilities to ease the analysis work and focus on key results of the analysis
Organize training & coaching sessions to enable our customers to operate CAST platform and use analytics
Support customers requests in term of troubleshooting, work around application and bug fixing
