Demonstrating working knowledge of finance and accounting processes in transaction processing, close/consolidation, budgeting/forecasting,
and internal/external reporting
Demonstrating working knowledge of process improvement in at least one of the following focus areas:
shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation
performance management, and financial systems optimization
Minimum of 3-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting companies
Experience of working with a Big 4 or top Management Consulting firm and exposure to multinational environment is preferred.
Prior background in assurance and risk will be useful.
Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to various audiences.
Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable task
