Responsibilities and Duties
• Candidates have to close their own calls or to take remote access of printers, routers, emails etc
• Candidates have to close Tech Support pop-up calls or PPC calls of both MACINTOSH and WINDOWS
• Candidates have to address genuine router, printer problems
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Candidates must have good communication in English.
• Candidates must have at least interest in Technical Support (Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
• German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
• Should be flexible in working in both the shifts(Morning and Night)
• Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs
• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week
• Fixed salary on 1st of every month.
• 24 casual Leaves in a year+ 15 comps off+ Birthday Leave.
• No extension of shift timing.
