Post: Tech Support Executive / TSA
Qualification: 12th, & Graduate with Good Communication Skills in English
Shifts Time: Night
Job Location: Kolkata
Job Description:
Responsible for dealing with International Clients.**
Requirement: Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti-viruses**
Must know how to close their own calls**
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, iPhone, i-Pad
