Hiring only for callers post.
Fixed salary.

Job Role.
Candidates need to attend calls of the customer who will call related to issues like pop up calls, anti-virus, email issues, error code
message on the screen candidates needs to resolve the issues and sell a plan that will be a sale for the candidate.

Candidate profile:
Needs to know English(Read, Write, Speak)
Needs to have basic computer knowledge in terms to operate and
diagnose the issues of the customer's computer.
Needs to have the ability to handle inbound calls
Needs to have experienced in TECH SUPPORT INBOUND OR OUTBOUND.(NO REFUND EXP).
Needs to have strong communication in English.
Needs to know how to figure out the issues and solution and resolve it by selling a plan.
Needs to be convincing /confident and able to take remote access or close calls.
Candidates need to be Flexible.

Qualification:
12 Pass
Graduate

Salary on 1st of the month

6 days work + 1 day fix off any day (Roster off).
