Job Description

Shift - Day/Night ( Rotational OFF)
Salary is not an issue for the deserving candidates.
Salary is fixed and is credited on 1st of every month in your bank account

Incentive package:-
1) Daily incentives
2)Monthly incentives
3)Spot incentives
We offer 24 leaves+15 comps off & birthday leave

Responsibilities and Duties
• Candidate have to receive calls from the customer
• Identify the problems of the customer
• Troubleshoot the problem by suggesting the similar software
• Convince them to buy our plans
• Take the payments from the customer
• Generate the bills
• Close the calls

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Candidate must be comfortable in English
• Candidate must be flexible with Nightshift
• Candidate must be flexible in 6 working days and 1 rotational OFF
• German, polish and finish speaking candidates are preferred
• Candidates must be target oriented
