Responsibilities and Duties
-Proficiently manage the resolution of inbound technical calls
-Diagnose software issues related to computers, laptops, printers, routers, antivirus, etc.
-Knowledge and experience supporting for Windows. Mac, Ios over the phone
-Minimum 1-3 of working experience in Tech Support in International BPO
-Must know to close calls and take payment from the customer.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in International BPO (Tech Support)
Comfortable with Night Shift
Fluent in English
