Important Quality a candidate should have:
Minimum Experience in tech support for inbound or outbound that is 6 months or 1 year.
Should know how to take remote access or close calls.
Should have Excellent communication in English.
Should have the confidence to handle a customer in inbound tech support.
Should know how to diagnose the customer's computer and solve the issues and then giving a resolution by selling him a plan.
What do the candidates need to do?
Candidates need to receive calls and understand the query of the customer that why he needs technical assistance and then accordingly troubleshoot the issues and make a sale.customers will call related to issues like printer, router, anti-virus, Pop up on the computer or laptop screen with an Error code message, email issues, also handle issues like activation lock, iPhone disable connect to iTunes etc which will be related to Apple devices like iPad, iPod, tablets and Apple laptops and iPhone of any model. Handling issues both Windows and Mac devices and any other peripheral attached to laptops or desktops.
Salary is credited on the 1st of the month.
6 Days work.
1 fixed off(Roster off).
Need to be Flexible.
9 hours of shift + 1 hour of breaks.
24 leaves in a year.
1 paid Bday to leave.
If candidate works on his or her Bday candidate will get double pay for that day on his or her bday (only if he comes to the office).
