Responsibilities and Duties
Candidates needs to receive calls of customers that will call related to computer software issues of windows and mac candidates needs to troubleshoot issues like anti virus,pop up calls like error messages and other software issues
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must know how to close their own calls
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge in Tech support inbound or outbound
Must be flexible in shifts and process.
Candidate must know European calls.
Salary is credited 1st of every month.
Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 25,000 depending on experience.
Leaves, comp offs and B’day Leaves are applicable.
No Stretching of any shifts you apply like morning or night.
Roster (1 fixed week off) and 6 days work
