Responsibilities and Duties
• Assisting international clients for Windows / MAC / IOS / Printer / Router / Antivirus related issues.
• Troubleshooting and selling the relevant plan & software
• Closing calls and taking payment.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Candidates must have good communication in English.
• Candidates must have Experienced in Technical Support(Inbound Candidates must know how to close their own calls or at least can pitch the calls.)
• German/Polish speaking candidates are preferable.
• Should be flexible in working in Nightshift
• Candidates must be flexible with rotational offs
• Candidate must be comfortable in working 6 days a week
• Fixed salary on 1st of every month.+ Attractive Incentives
• 24 Leaves in a year+ comp off+ Birthday Leave.
• No extension of shift timing.
