3 to 9 years experience installing, monitoring and troubleshooting servers for Windows Server and Client System 2008R2/2012/7/8/10, /Lync and Microsoft Exchange 2010-2013. Good knowledge of Enterprise Vault and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong understanding of Exchange Database Availability Groups (DAG) with multiple DB copies and CAS servers across geographical sites. Very strong knowledge of Window Server clustering concepts. Considerable experience of working with Active Directory Solid understanding of Exchange ActiveSync and SIP. Knowledge and/or hands on experience in administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 systems Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP, etc. Efficient in PowerShell Experience with mobile device technologies (e.g. Blackberry, GOOD, Microsoft Intune) Strong understanding of mail archiving (e.g. Symantec Enterprise Vault) Experience working with (or strong knowledge of) Email gateways (e.g. Cisco IronPort and FireEye). Strong understanding of Network Load Balancers The ability to perform deep-dive troubleshooting using System internals Suite tools and Wireshark. Good knowledge of Exchange database backups and technologies, e.g. VSS, NetBackup, NetApp Snap Manager for Exchange. Hands on experience or strong knowledge of SAN and protocols (e.g. NetApp, RAID, iSCSI). Excellent planning, communication and documentation skills. Hands-on experience of working with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware). Be able to demonstrate and ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement large projects successfully. Knowledge of SCOM is desirable. Microsoft Server and Microsoft Exchange certification is desirable. Good Understanding of PKI and associated components.
