1. Lead and manage the Tier I and Tier II team
2. Operations Support
(a) Run Management
(i) Responsible to monitor SQL jobs
(ii) Troubleshooting and resolving SQL Job failures (Database processing & tabular/multi-dimensional cube processing)
(iii) Communicating job status (success/failures) with teams
Escalate to source team in case of acquisition failure due to source.
(iv) Engaging with FTE Leads for any clarifications on timely manner
(v) Streamlining job failures so it doesnt fail again with similar reason
(vi) Data validation post job execution to ensure data accuracy
Troubleshoot and fix or escalate to next level in case external support is needed
Communicate to the business users in case of data discrepancy to avoid incorrect reporting.
(vii) Validation Automation & Analysis
For daily and Month end job execution
System & Data level adhoc Analysis as needed
(b) Infrastructure Support & release management
(i) Support in scope VM related issues and work with VM admin support team to resolve the issues.
(ii) Database Backup restore for disaster recover/rollback when needed.
(iii) Feature Testing of Monthly releases.
(iv) Release deployment in UAT and Production when needed.
(v) Month End support
Night shifts will be required on a rotation basis.
