Job Description

• Sales and marketing activities for the States.
• Recruiting, training and managing a team of Area Sales Manager/ territory managers.
• Driving the sales activities for achieving the monthly,quarterly and annual targets.
• Responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned market.
• Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
• Plan for monthly and quarterly business.
• Plan for Trade activation business and overall sales.
• Identifying potential town and appointing distributor and super distributors (trade) in line with business philosophy.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Sales target by promoting companies services ethically to customers as per the business plan.
• Recommend appointment of a party as a distributor after evaluating its commercial standing, credit worthiness and personal assets
• Ensure stock and sales statements have been sent by the distributors on due date
