Job Description

1. Managing a team of Level 3 support analysts that are responsible for supporting trading teams and front office risk managers in Core Engineering
2. Managing low latency trading applications and pricing applications that are proprietary systems
3. Diving into our codebase to proactively suggest enhancements for better performance
4. Managing a small but, agile support environment of 3-8 members
5. Working with decision makes and senior leaders of the business

Desired Candidate Profile:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related disciplinePrior engineering experience in investment banking/financial services industriesAt least 10 years working in front office application support (Risk, Pricing, or Trading) with at least 3 years managing a teamExperience with system enhancement, application development/re-engineering, support and maintenance, bug tracking, and legacy transformation requiredExposure to different technologies, such as kernel level bypass, multicast networks will be an added advantageWorking knowledge of Linux and networks
