This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Team Leader, Inside Sales Lead Generation to build a sales organization from the ground up.
Being a Trainer in cold calling
Responsible for the Training/mentoring/coaching of new recruits as well as existing team members
Responsible for motivating team members in order to enhance Sales and revenue for the organization
Having solid track record of delivering. You have led by example
Being innovative and are always thinking out of the box.
Roll up your sleeves and handle multiple tasks at one time.
Understanding the business and what their pain points are
Understanding the importance of reports and analyzing data. You are also adding value by continuous feedback & improvement
Playing a key part in the teams Appraisal process and recommendations
