To closely monitor the business trends and make amends whenever necessary to arrest deviations in the sourcing patterns and ensure compliance with the Policy
Adherence to Auditory and Regulatory Mandates To be 100% compliant on all Regulatory and Auditory Mandates and that the Team conducts business strictly in accordance with due Process Compliance.
Complaint Management To investigate into customer complaints and provide reverts to the Channels Central Team and also the respective Complaints Handling teams towards closure within TAT.
