Job Description

The individual will be a key member of People connect team and shall report to the HR Manager. Responsibilities include planning and implement firm wide engagement plans with focus on better affiliation quotient for staff. Work with the People team leadership to design and successfully implement the engagement calendar.

The individual will be the brand custodian, reflecting the values in engaging and enhancing the knowledge and skills in the firm. The individual should be a go-getter, self-starter, articulate and detail-oriented, with an ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external.

Support Offsite agenda & overall planning

- Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement

- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc

- Provide end to end support in events and offsite planning - work with admin, travel, production and finance team

New Hire Orientation program:-

- Coordinating with other functions (IT, admin, finance etc.) to schedule orientation sessions.

- Planning and executing the agreed process

Partner (Leadership) connect

- Create leadership connect calendar and keep Partners honest on their commitment to establish connect with their team more informally - in and out of office

- Work with EAs to charter out connect time on their calendar

- Publish partner connect scorecard on Qtrly basis

Case Team Outings

- Establish a recurring communication pattern for CTO for case teams - prompting them to plan one

- Design and run feedback mechanism on CTO through verbal communication and survey feedback

- Benchmark and revisit the existing design to make CTO experiential

Digital model (Social media)

- Deployment of a social media system for India offices

- Platform that enables employee to stay connected - firm wide communication, message boards, interest groups, people news etc

- Regular update of the platform post launch

- Trouble shooting with help of IT team etc

Enabling natural affiliation through Fridays in office

- Birthday/promotion / new hire celebrations

- Case team/cohort tournaments

- Cohort lunches/evening drinks planned with O/P/PL

- Structured formal events -

- Office update (new policies etc.)

- Functional Area / Case team update

- Partner town hall
