Job Description


The role involves handling a team of 5 - 8 front end customer service executives
Attending customer escalations on calls/ mails/ walk-ins
Relationship Management with existing Housing Finance/ Mortgage/ Personal loan - customers
Enhancing customer experience by providing best customer experience
Ensure adherence TAT for Service Request closure
Training the team on latest offers/ system or process updates
Retention of customers
Cross sell other banking products (10%)

Job requirememnt :

Must have experience in and product knowledge of Retail asset products (HF/ LAP/ PL)
Candidate should be in a team handling role at least for a year
written & verbal communication skills
Service focused with Customer orientation
