Candidate should have implementation, configuration, customization and development Experience with BMC (Remedy, Bladelogic) OR IBM (TPM, Case manager, TDI, BigFix) tools
Prior experience with designing and developing workflows that automate tasks
Scripting experience in a Linux/Window environment (Powershell, nsh, etc)
Experience and a good working knowledge of the Windows and Linux operating system
Understand customer requirements, analyze those & convert them to appropriate implementation in respective tools
Prepare architecture for proposed solution.
Planning of solution deployment and all phases.
Trouble shooting problems faced during implementations & coordinating
Ability to work as an individual contributor
Required to work in second shift
Provide 24 x 7 on call support Occasional after hour and weekend support is required Occasional travel required
