Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, HR Interview, Salary Negotiation. Effectively using the personal network, Employee referrals to close the position. Responsible to manage and close openings within the time frame. Requirement gathering. Taking care of Reference check and background verification for joined candidates. Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details and database. Criteria:- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in recruitment Any graduate with good communication in English.MBA (Preferred) Should have hands on using different job portals & other social networks (LinkedIn). Must have good communication skill in English.
