Monitoring Contractual commitments (SLAs)
Sharing evaluation feedback analytics and solutions with Technology team
Facilitate or participate in calibration sessions
Maintain up to date records of all quality related reports and information
Conducting quality awareness refresher training sessions
Good knowledge of SDLC and Technology implementation will be prefered
Good knowledge of MS Office especially excel and power point
Good knowledge of Quality Tools
Good communication skills
Education, Experience, Knowledge (CTQs)
Candidate must possess a Professional Degree from a recognized University in India.
Minimum 4+ years experience in process/transactional quality in a software firm.
Team handling experience in the past.
