1. Building and maintaining relationships with patients
2. Handling critical patient queries.
3. Handling team of 8-10 Patient Care Executives
4. Achieving patient relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
5. Solve patient requests and proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the patient's issues
6. Follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the
product or services provided to patients.
7. Follow up on entire patient journey from start to end to give required patient satisfaction
