1. Min. 6 months to 1 year experience required.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Oversee day-to-day operation
4. Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
5. Organize team building activities and motivate team members.
6. To efficiently answer customer enquiries and process domestic & international reservations as required.
7. To prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for review and to complete necessary administrative tasks.
