Supervising and managing the Service Operations audit team for Infrastructure data of Laptops and Desktops

Monitoring overall functioning of processes ensuring compliance to the agreed SLA levels
Design and implementation of standard procedure to streamline the daily operations
Generating weekly & daily reports on various process parameters
Liaising with various departments within organization to gain support/resolving issues
Collecting data/facts, analyzing these to find root cause of business problem and then put forward key findings to the management
Devising optimum ways and methods to improve the data hygiene and quality by cleaning up of junk data, standardizing & validating data, floating out data into relevant fields
Utilizing data profiling and data quality tools, as well as with various data sources to uncover and determine root causes of data quality issue
Conducting presentations in front of the management for catering to the needs of the teams
Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to the associates on improvements and achieving higher customer satisfaction matrices
Mapping and analyzing the clients requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set the guidelines
