Drive the commercial success of CASA and manage the product mix and go-to-market processes including commercial segmentation, positioning, value proposition development and pricing. Execute and achieve the budgeted revenue plan on CASA for the Bank.
Use market and industry knowledge to spot market opportunities and drive CASA sales. Analyse and prepare business performance/ market trend/ competitive landscape reports. Competition benchmarking on pricing and their product offerings.
Continually identify and implement CASA product improvements by leveraging channel, customer and competitive insights. Develop clear "value propositions/ statements", targeted by audience e. g. customer segments, internal sales team.
Responsible for driving account activation, revenue generation & providing support to various channels to enable acquisition. Mine the existing portfolio in order to upsell correct product mix. Engage channel for superior business delivery on existing products and faster adoption of new products to meet business goals.
Working on both architectural and functional issues with cross-functional teams to achieve integration and clean business flows for projects of varying nature. Plan and ensure ongoing co-ordination with various teams, for improved delivery of business results including handling of product queries.
Conceptualise marketing enablers and sales support that affect channel and customer decision making w. r. t CASA products and campaigns to build the CASA book. Drive end-to-end bank level contests and programs to drive the sales.
Monitor product performance, analyse causes and discuss with Senior Management on appropriate action plan for remedy. Publication of MIS and progress dash board.
Ensure adherence to processes, keeping in mind Compliance/ Legal requirements. Control and periodically check operational risks and workflow in conjunction with operations.
