Manage the entire Debit & PrePaid cards product suite. Identify & define consumer/ product segments along with in-depth market understanding. Redefine product segments and align product propositions to key target segments - Mass market, Mid Mass, Premium segment. Conduct existing customer needs & gaps analysis and identify potential new product opportunities.
Research and monitor market and competition. Analyse existing and new product propositions by key competition banks. Review market size in CIF, Spends & Asset size on an ongoing basis. Carry out regular pricing/ fees & charges competition review.
Develop distribution relationship with various partners for Prepaid Card. Manage strong relationship, finalize commercials, agreements, processes & SLA for prepaid products. Liaise with all the stakeholders - processing vendor, partner, technology team, legal, compliance, operations, etc.
Manage and track life cycle product performance. Card activation, spends, unique customer, constantly monitor risk adjusted returns by segment and product segments. Identify potential opportunities and risks. Create new product performance enhancement programs along with CASA Team. Identify new risk based opportunities to enhance the proposition.
End to end ownership of the product cycle along with key stake holders. Work with CASA product team, to bring out new products in the market. Work with Sales to drive channel sales productivity through product training, campaigns, and incentive & other enablers. Work with operations to streamline processes and turnaround time. Work with marketing to develop product campaigns and communication plan. Work with technology to develop new product enhancements. Work with customer service and phone banking to improve customer service experience.
