Job Description

- Business Development

- Acquisition of new business from existing client groups by active engagement

- Research & sector tracking and offer clients i solutions for their financial requirements with target group primarily as infrastructure segment

- Technical/Financial/ Legal/Regulatory etc) and preparing customised Appraisal Note on case by case basis and making a convincing pitch of the proposal to the Top Management and the Investment and Credit Committee.

- Negotiating sanction terms, closing transaction and related documentation with client, legal counsel and internal departments such as Risk, Legal, Compliance and Accounts.

- Overall relationship management and active post sanction monitoring with regular engagement/interaction with external stakeholders viz. Client, Owners Engineer, Lenders Consultant, Financial

- Institutions and internal stakeholders viz. Risk and Asset Management, Accounts, and Legal team.
