Roles & responsibilities
??Lead a team of 2-3 analysts and sr. analysts to drive regular analytics deliverables.
??Take ownership of the existing methodologies & processes to drive standardization and efficiency
??Develop/ Create new statistically robust analytical solutions and methodologies
??Interface with the clients & senior management – as the analytics solution expert
??Collaborate with the leadership team to ideate & develop long-term strategic innovative solutions
??Be an active member in VC & board meetings
??Self-starter, driven & motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic start up environment
??Loves working with multi-dimensional and large data sets
??At least 5 to 10 years of experience in analytics in Retail or CPG preferred.
??Strong conceptual understanding of Statistics & analytical methodologies
??Hands on experience in developing & deploying analytical solutions for retailers or brands using
forecasting, optimization, regression techniques & segmentation.
??Expertise in using R or Python, SAS or other statistical software, over and above advanced excel knowledge
