Oversee & manage daily operations of the accounts department
Monthly review of all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness of posted transactions
Preparation of all financial statements including cash flow statement and accounts for audit
Ensure statutory compliances & reporting including direct & indirect tax and RBI (Finance related)
Coordinate and successfully conclude financial audits (internal, statutory, tax etc.)
Ensure full implementation of Internal Financial controls (IFC)
Co-ordinate with FP&A team for data quality and accuracy for all internal and external reporting
Monitoring of creditors/debtors accounts, cash position, payments control etc.
Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree with 6-10 years of experience in NBFC
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax and basic understanding of Ind-AS and IFC
Ability to prepare financial reports & statements
Effective oral and written communication skills.
