Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist (BPO) – Bulk Hiring
o Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent for the Organisation
o Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination
o Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed People Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
o Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
o Conduct mass recruitment drives
o Enhance employee referral programs
o Ensure 100% on-boarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin
o Prepare monthly scorecard on staffing
o Sourcing CV’s via various channels and responses received on Career Page
o Sourcing and Screening of CV’s received through Vendors;
o Job Posting on Various sites
o Screening CV’s and conducting basic check on role fitment
o Generating Leads via all possible sources of hire
o Head-Hunting for critical mid-level and senior level positions
o Industry Mapping – role/designation/compensation with similar functions and companies
o Maintaining daily Recruitment Tracker – both summary and detailed
o Reference Check – to be conducted for all selected candidates
o Offer Documentation – collect docs required for offer generation, and share along with completed Reference Check Form, with HRBP for compensation and DOJ finalization

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. MBA in HR with 8+ Years of Experience in a multi-level recruitment & in Bulk Hiring in BPO or Real Estate or Retail Industry is must.
2. Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
3. Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
6. Works well as part of a team, as well as has the ability to work autonomously
7. Basic organization and time management skills
8. Strong negotiation skills
9. Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating.
