Manage Recruitment, JDs, Manpower Planning, Employee Policies, Training, Performance Appraisal, Employee Communication etc
Drive competency based Talent Acquisition all India across all levels by attracting key talent through various internal & external sources
Design the recruitment process; initiate cost reduction measures
Explore best practices in recruitment in the industry & implement appropriate best practices
Build quality relationships with internal customers & external recruitment agencies
Analyze monthly recruitment trends within the organization & industry & set action plan
Employer branding at various campuses for direct hires & summer interns
Background verification, ensure all processes & SOPs are followed, sound knowledge of various Human Resource functions, Employee Behavior & Psychology
Work closely with department heads, business heads, plant HR managers, vendors etc
MBA, 8-10 years experience, 25-30 years of age
