Job Description

- Talents from Tier 1 Schools Only / Should be from Investment Bank/Private Equity/VC. - Should have experience hiring across roles in IB/PE/VC Firms - The role is fast-paced, target driven and will give you a great insight into Organization Structures, Personality & Competency Evaluation and Organizational Selection Processes. It will also give you a tremendous opportunity to build dynamic and long-lasting relationships. - 2+ years of recruitment experience with a corporate - Analyzing and understanding the different requirements of the clients and accordingly Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of suitable profiles. - Sourcing the profiles through the job sites, referrals, and internal database based upon the skill sets. - Conducting initial phase of screening & assessing fitment based on traits like Functional Knowledge, Verbal Communication and Behavioral Assessment. - Convert candidates for hard to fill mandates. - Maintaining Database for the resumes received, to ensure smooth operations. - Responsible for handling recruitment of mid and senior level profiles Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Role - IIT/ IIM/ XLRI/ISB .
